Wiggle Class is the movement class you need, covering the issues you need, when you need it. It is your everyday mobility maintenance and the backbone to everything we do here at mostmotion®.

Each class is a 15-30 minute video that is easy to follow, covers a specific issue and is ready to go whenever and wherever you are.

Each week a new class is added and categorised according to the area of the body it covers and your monthly membership gives you access to the entire back catalogue, so you can dive straight into fixing the issues you're having yourself - no need to wait for therapy appointments!
